James La Voy is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a strong background in neurosurgery, orthopedics, and acute care medicine. He practiced as a Neurosurgery Physician Assistant with Northwell Health in Mount Kisco, NY, where he provides comprehensive surgical and post-operative care to patients with complex neurological conditions.

 

In addition to his work in neurosurgery, James brings extensive experience across multiple areas of medicine, including urgent care, hospital medicine, and orthopedic and spine care. His diverse clinical background includes several years as an Orthopedic and Spine Physician Assistant at White Plains Hospital, as well as ongoing work in urgent care and hospitalist settings, giving him a well-rounded, versatile approach to patient care.

 

James is skilled in a wide range of clinical procedures, including suturing, administering injections, and critical and acute care management. He holds certifications in Basic Life Support and DEA registration, and his experience spans pediatrics, hospice and palliative medicine, and ICU-level care.
